The opportunity to live and work in the beautiful and dynamic city of Palma is exciting for all our staff, wherever they may come from in the world.
As a dedicated sixth form college we recruit staff that have proven experience of teaching this age group, and normally have experience in IAL &/or GCE A Level courses. Our curriculum follows the British A Level system. However, we offer more to our students in the form of our unique Enrichment Programme where our students take part in a variety of classes and visits to enhance their academic education. All full-time teaching staff are expected to take an active role in helping to deliver this programme.
We are looking for teachers that are dedicated to student centred teaching, enthusiastic about their subject, understand the needs of the young adults and are experienced in preparing students for exams.
In return, we offer an excellent working environment in a beautiful building in Palma in an open and collegiate atmosphere.
Current Vacancies
At Palma College we teach the Pearson Edexcel International A Levels (IAL) & GCE A Levels, plus BTEC Sport. The class size is normally no more than twelve students and on top of this subject teachers meet once a week individually with each of their students.
